Installing solar panels is a complicated process. Some homeowners try to install the panels themselves to save money. In most areas of East Tennessee, the local power company may disconnect power to homes with self-installed systems and the manufacturer warranties are voided unless installed by a certified installer. 

Solar batteries unlock the full potential of renewable energy. As sunlight is converted into electricity by solar panels, any extra energy generated is stored in these batteries for future use. Batteries offset energy usage when the sun is down but also provide backup power when the grid is down.

Supplementing an HVAC system with solar makes perfect sense. In addition to cooling a small area, it allows you to add capacity and reduce the load on an existing system. Solar augmentation also allows offsetting of higher daytime electricity rates and reduces the amount of early evening catch-up required by the traditional system. 

Most PV arrays can be cleaned from ground level using our telescopic, pure water fed, pole system. For higher arrays we can clean from the roof or a lift. Deionized pure water cleans spot-free with no harsh chemicals that are bad for the environment and could damage panels voiding your warranty.
