Restoring Cellular Connection In the Solar Edge System Monitoring App

The MySolarEdge app provides a user-friendly interface to monitor and control your SolarEdge inverter. If your system is connected to Solar Edge by CELLULAR CONNECTION and the app doesn't show any data, follow these simple steps.

Step 1: Download and Install the MySolarEdge App

If you haven't already, download and install the MySolarEdge app on your smartphone or tablet. It's available for both iOS and Android devices.

The mySolarEdge app will look like the above.

Step 2: Log In to your account.

  • Open the MySolarEdge app.

  • Log in to your existing MySolarEdge account.

Step 3: Access your Inverter Settings

  • Select the three lines on the top right of the screen.

  • Select 'Restore Cellular Connectivity'.

  • ‍Scan the QR Code which is usually located on the right side of your SolarEdge inverter or enter the inverter connection detail manually.

  • Move the on/off P switch to ‘P’ (left) and release within 5 seconds.

The Inverter will then connect to your phone.

  • Continue to follow the instructions displayed in the app. You can also check the cellular connection by using a desktop computer and logging in to Solar Edge's website.
